First: What is Reality Shifting?

We’ll begin with the most basics of basics. If yo’ve never heard of what “reality shifting” entails, let’s begin with a briefer.

Here is a guide from GeekTrippers that explains everything for newbies.

Most importantly though, you might wonder whether or not reality shifting is actually real.

Like many things in life, reality shifting can’t be 100% confirmed or debunked… and the answer re: whether it’s real or not depends on who you ask.

Many claim they have personally shifted and believe it’s real, but there are many who doubt it and think it’s crazy.

Some others believe that shifting is simply lucid dreaming (a kind of dreaming where the dreamer knows they’re dreaming and so control their own actions).

No matter what your opinion is on shifting, if you’re here, we can assume you’re at least curious about attempting shifting. Our goal is to simply make that process simpler.

So, let’s get to it!

Below, you’ll find a free TVD shifting script template that we have created that you are free to borrow, adapt, etc. for personal use.
